Our Guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your lashes and brows, and your experience with each and every lash artist at Lashup. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within three days ​so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice so we can offer your time to another client. All changes must be made during business hours.

SERVICES SECURED BY CARD (NO BOOKING FEE)

For services that do not require a booking fee, your appointment is secured using stored card details.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
  • Cancellations within 8 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full service amount (100%). This includes late cancellations due to illness or Covid.

SERVICES WITH A BOOKING FEE

For selected services, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment.
  • If you cancel within 8 hours, or fail to attend (no-show), the full service amount (100%) will be charged. Your booking fee will still be forfeited; the remaining balance will be charged to the card details supplied.

AMENDING / RESCHEDULING

Any changes to your appointment, including rescheduling or amending a service, must be made before the 48-hour notice period. We send a confirmation email 72 hours prior to your appointment to allow sufficient time for any changes.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

By booking with Lashup Perth, you agree to the cancellation policies outlined above.

Arriving Late

Your appointment time is booked especially for you. if you are running late, please let us know in advance if possible, and we will do our best to accomodate your appointment, however time may not permit for us to complete your full service. this means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our team can provide you with the best quality of work.

For all lash extension services, please remove eye makeup with an oil-free remover or lash cleanser prior to your appointment, or arrive early at the salon so that you are able to do so.

If it is your first appointment at the salon, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in a new client form, and a consent form unless you have done so prior.

Full sets of lashes will require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking. the deposit is transferrable, if more than 48 hours notice of an appointment change is given

Payment | Booking Fee

All appointments with a duration longer than 60 minutes require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is transferrable to another appointment time, if more than 48 hours notice of a cancellation/change has been given.

Deposits can be paid online, over the phone with card details, or in person at the salon.


We accept payment by cash, eftpos, visa, and mastercard.

Guests/Children in the salon

As a courtesy to other clients and for the safety of your children, we ask that clients attend appointments alone whenever possible. If you choose to bring children, they must remain seated next to you and not move around the salon. Children under 13 must not be left unsupervised.

For the comfort of everyone, device noise should be kept to a minimum, and food is not permitted in treatment rooms. Clients are responsible for supervising any children they bring.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety of your children and to help us maintain a calm, focused, and enjoyable environment for all clients.
