In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give us more than 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment. 

Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to your bank details supplied. 

Cancelling with less than 4 hours' notice of appointment or "no shows" without any communication will be charged the full amount of the service booked. 

This also includes any last-minute cancellations that fall within the 24 hour period due to isolation or Covid.
