Important Information
To be eligible for a refill, you need to have at least 50% of your lashes remaining. Refills include a gentle lash cleanse, preparation, and the application of new extensions.
On the day of your appointment, please remove all eye makeup with an oil-free remover. If we need to remove it for you, it will take time away from your lash application and we’d much rather spend your appointment perfecting your lashes!

Avoid oil-based products and rubs. Brush gently with a clean spoolie daily to keep them neat. Use an oil free lash cleanser daily.
What happens if I miss my refill or let lashes grow out?
After 4+ weeks, a new full set is recommended as too many extensions may have fallen out and lashes can look uneven.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. When applied by trained artists using proper techniques, extensions are safe and gentle. Lash health is always our top priority.
Can I have lash extensions if I have sensitive eyes?
Yes, but we recommend a patch test before your first appointment to ensure no reaction to the adhesive.
Can I remove my lashes at home?
We don’t recommend it. Removing lashes incorrectly can damage your natural lashes. We offer professional removal to keep your lashes healthy.
